I understand nature bay have said you can use the pool at sea vista. Don't bank on it! The owners pay for the upkeep and will not be happy about people using that are not paying for the maintenance.

I was up there today nosing around and the pool looked as if it was finished with water in and poolside furnishing. There wasn't anybody using it though???

If you like, I can pop into to the office and ask them if i will be ready in August for you, it's just up the road.

Nature Bay and Sea Vistas is all same company and owners have permission to use communal pool in any of these. Everyone pays upkeep and maintenance and is not cheap......

Ah but we do pay upkeep and maintenance, so we have every right to use pool if we need to and intend on doing so.

Sea Vistas is open and I am not sure about Nature Bay Village. We have a committee and we are not Happy as the CEO of Nature Bay arranged to use our pool without ANY consoltation. It may be the same company but its different sites. We know Nature Bay has arranged for people from Nature Bay Village to be accommodated at Sea Vistasto when they come in August .

i agree rocker, would they like it if we all went to there site just to us the pool, when the sea is only 5min's walk away from them, maybe same co; but not the same site as this has not been agreed too my commitee members, or a vote give by the majority of resident's, if your stay at sea vistas then fine but if your intending to stay at aligadi site, then this has to be agreed first, suggest you get FCC to contact the sea vista commitee first.

We have no arrangements, must be others in same position.....All seems very petty to me though, don't think I'd want to come to Vistas.

joanneb, can you confirm what site you are at? I was referring to Nature Bay in Buffavento.

rowlo,

so you wouldn't mind people using your pool then, so if your developer's other site's residence came over then that's not a problem then, at sea vista's in catalkoy there is simple not enough sun loungers available for the current holiday makers, so if we start getting lot's more using the site where does that put us, who pays for any damage to sun loungers, mat's umbrellas, or if they decide to jump in the pool with sun tan lotion or sweat, with out showering first, then who pay's for this to be sorted, this site has been handed over from nature bay to fcc who are the management co:, we have our own commitee, so this has nothing to do with nature bay, the decision will have to come from the commitee first, then to fcc if agreed, before anyone else other than residents use the facility's,

as i stated in msg 10 if nature bay are puting you up at sea vistas then there is no problem.
