It is important to know, because if it is, it may be illegal business according to the original rental agreement.



Excuse me asking, but renting anything in TRNC is frequently not what it seems and can bring frustration, disappointment, or even trouble that some innocent tenant - especially holiday tenant - simply does not need, deserve, or expect.

you are searching and you are offering lettings. If you do it professionally, why do you hide that ? You don't

have any reason to hide if you do a serious, reliable job.



I as a costumer would only trust a true professional or the privates offering their own houses.

Come the other side of Girne and get an apartment for £400 per month! £500 per week is ridiculous! I am not an agent but have seen the signs for these apartments (on Poppin site) and they look ok

If you do not mind living in an apartment during your holiday , with nieghbours above and below , with noise and dust from the city streets , with communal ( if there is) pool, you choose city apartment.And pay 400 GBP pw.



If you prefer tranqulity , peace, beautiful views, privacy , own pool and garden, you pay extra for the comfort.No noise, no neighbours, close to all amenities and beaches.



"The rental price ( 500 pw)is cheap" , my friends living in Spain told me.



Look at the prices in the South - same Cyprus ! Same sea, sun, sand , at the moment it is cheaper here.

£400 pcm for an apartment is no use for a holidaylet Its comparing chalk with cheese and a completely different market
