It appears Kibtek have now been instructed by the Government to disconnect any supply where there are any arrears.

Anyone experienced this yet?

Kibtek don't allow ex-pats to have arrears of more than 1 month anyway so we are all pretty safe. Lets see how many of our neighbours have their supply cut!

I wouldn't hold my breath re. TCs getting cut off. All the businesses here will go broke if they have to settle all their bills.

Also, every TC here, knows someone, who knows someone, who knows someone, who is married to someone etc. etc., who works for Kibtek, Telephone dept. Belediyesi, Government, Police etc. etc.

Need I say more??
