| Sitting at the airport my pegasus 8.15 Pegasus flight has been delayed until 2.30 which is I believe when the strike ends..Happy days!!!! |

Arrivals board at Ataturk one has landed early and the 5 am flight out of Ercan went on time as well as a few others from the sounds over Girni /Belapais |

| I feel very sorry to those sitting out any delays, you should have been at Larnaca airport last night. chaos. every flight delayed as it would appear a minor celebrity had arrived earlier and thousands turned up to greet him, sending fire crackers etc off and causing problems to the electrics. (That was the excuse we were given.)They couldnt weigh baggage,or get it onto the carousel, people had to be checked in manually. My son was due to depart at midnight but when we left him it was still 3 hours delayed.The celebrity is seems was a footballer who played for newcastle but it sems is going a cyprus team. All the millions they have spend to make this new terminal and things like this can happen. |

| Turkish Airways flight that should have left at 9.45am today rescheduled to 5am tomorrow morning !!!!
Happy days !!!!
And no staff at airport due to strike. |
