we are due to fly next week from Stanstead, totally left in the dark by KTHY, found a message on atlas jet website about having to change tickets over. then we found a company dealing with this issue they are http://www.cyprusparadise.com, on there you need to click for KTHY then fill in the form and send, They are charging £25.oo per person to change them over but i am guessing its a must if you need to go. Up to now its taking 48 hours for them to respond..... good luck!!

I don't think this exchange ticket system is working very well as people are saying that there are conditions, e.g. they won't do it if you bought tickets direct from CTA PLUS the dates available are limited. I think it's really for those who can't get their money back, e.g. because they paid using a Debit card

You can get your money back if you paid by debit card - it's called chargeback.

Ayse17, you're right but with chargeback you don't have the legal rights you have with Credit cards. You Debit card provider could refuse and there is nothing you can do about it according to http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases.
