Just had a phone call from Mary Day, I know she has pasted on other thread but need to ensure all know,



This evening Geoff has been told to arrive at court for 9am not 10 as previously notified.



Might be my cynical mind but stinks of being a ploy to avoid a huge turnout. So please advise anyone you know that intends going of the change.



9am Girne court 15th July.

Hello my name is Stephanie Fox and we purchased an apartment in Lapta off plan which was supposed to be completed in February 2008. This project is far from finished and we have a lot of money invested in it by keeping up with our stage payments. I noticed that you are having problems with the same builder Oskan Besok. I would appreciate any information that you have on this person and I am also trying to find out who the other people are, if any, who have purchased on this site. Looking forward to your reply

Also the Home buyers Pressure Group will be interested to hear from you and your issues with this builder. We are tryine to build a case around him especially as he is allegedly a member of the Construction Association.
