Anyone got directions to the Famagusta crossing

Hi All... Am heading to Protaras later and wanted to go across at the Famagusta crossing... Can anyone enlighten me as to where it is... Was told it's near the Palm Beach/Bay/Sands hotel... I know where that is(just don't know it's name!! )



Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi spanna.easiest route from Lefkosa.enter Fama' at roundabout,full right turn to road NEXT to the one u just came on,turn left onto dual carriageway.go straight til you come to the 3rd roundabout.go right.follow this road straight to the border.you are leaving old housing into market gardens & factories area.ONE speed camera after a lefthand bend.50kph.

Hi Spana. There are two routes that bring you to Famagusta roundabout. If your coming from the double laned lefkosa-famagusta route as soon as you come to the roundabout with palm trees take the third turning that must say larnaka. if your coming from the old lefkosa-magusa route it will be the second turning. From there as you see a roundabout carry on straight, and you will see another roundabout again, carry on straight untill you see a third roundabout where you will see a supermarket called nekmar just next to it. From there take the second route and just go straight and there you will see it 3km. Its a bendy road with several markets along the way.As you get closer to the border you may hesitate about directions because you'll hardly see any settlements around.
