-with furnished or semi-furnished

-max 260 stg per month

-long-term let ( I'll stay min 1.5 year )

Yours one is better for me because ı'm single and ı can pay 175 stg. but 300 stg is very heavy price for my pocket.

Now ı'm in Turkey.I'll come back in middle of september . is it suitable in september and where is ist exactly ? and how can ı show photos ?
