Where on earth do you get these rental prices from. For £450 pm you can find a lovely villa with pool included. No wonder half the properties are empty.

The apartment is not empty, the price includes the mainentance costs of the management company. The client is going back to the UK.

Not everyone wants a Villa, there are people that would like a Penthouse or an apartment where everything is looked after for them.

There are some 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses near sunset beach from £300 to £320 pm inc of maintenance cost.

I do agree pipie but still an apartment in the trnc at the end of the day with communal pool. I am sure someone will rent it so good luck too them. The trouble is the Cypriots find it hard too rent anywhere as everyone follows suit and wants extortionate rates now.
