Professional reliable and considerate people seeking to rent on a long term basis a 4/5 bedroom well built villa, areas considered from Catalkoy up to Lapta, ideally unfurnished. Will pay up to £700.00 + for the right villa. Looking to complete during the next two / four weeks.

For £700= you should be getting a palace, with vehicle and security guards in place!



4/5 bed places should only cost a maximum of around £450 pm ...



it should be easy to find some owner who will snap your arm off for that rental income.
