Excuse me for asking , but are your clients Turkish Cypriots or at least in possession of a Kimlik card ?



Otherwise,if they are foreigners,you may need to advise them of the problems getting PTP on Pre-74 Turkish Title Deed properties since 2006.

We have, indeed, put a lot of work and nice features into our property - e.g. blue tinted double glazing windows and patio doors - jacuzzi bath in one bathroom - a rather beautiful summerhouse next to pool - recently we've been upgrading the [mature] garden. Having a private, asphalt sealed road frontage we consider to be a real bonus - the previous owner had the foresight to plan, pay for, and have this laid. Just prior to last winter we installed a large log burner into the fireplace, which entailed more work than we'd anticipated, to make an attractive and efficient feature.
