Friends of mine recently vacated an unfurnished 3 bed bungalow with pool in Karsiyaka. They were only in there for 3 months and completely redecorated so it is in good condition. It is managed by The Property Centre in Alsancak.

If I can tag onto this. I was talking to Sunbeams Estate agents yesterday and they need long term rental properties, apparently they have clients, pref. for Girne and west areas.

My friends have a 3 bedroom villa in Karsiyaka towards the sea with a small pool, standing on one donum of land. It has gas central heating, air con, white goods, ensuite shower and parking for ten cars if needed. It also has a small workshop/storeage area. There is also a telephone line if it is still connected. Pets allowed in the villa but children must be tethered outside. Not really love the little creatures. I am awaiting a call from my friends regarding the rental price, which I should imagine will be around £350 pm.
