Anyone on Lara Beach yesterday ?

Sittting on Lara beach yesterday afternoon, and soon everybody was trying to identify what looked like a whale out at sea - as it got closer into the bay, we all assume it is a dead whale.... As it eventually drifts all the ay in and is washed up on the beach to the right of the restaurant (facing the sea), it was in fact a dead cow ! The fish had also been to work on the unfortunate animal.



Now all credit to the authorities - within the hour 2 JCBs arrive witht the police and it is swiftly removed - they went to the scrub land at the back and properly buried it. They then used the JCBs to thoroughly clean the beach - quite impressive.

How good to hear about such a swift and positive response from the authorities. All credit to them.
