This is a genuine question and not to cause trouble , but have you put this stipulation to be deliberately provocative,or is there a sound business reason for wanting a bigger deposit from none TC's ?

Pure speculation, but a TC far less likely to cause same probs that others may(Heaven forbid .)

A TC can be chased up against unpaid debts,but none TCs especialy Turkish......well you just need your own expirience to decide why...



I have my own prinsiples and I stick with them.Besides,anyone with NO BAD intentions should not have a problem with it.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem as my apartment overlooks yours and with my bazooka poignantly positioned, any riffraff tenant will be quickly expelled! However, I cannot gaurantee the bricks & mortar!
