A friend is looking for a furnished villa/apartment for long term rent from 1 September 2008. Must have at least 2 bedrooms and possibly a swimming pool (private or communal). Needs to be in Karakum/Ozankoy/Catalkoy area as she works in Karakum. Anyone know of any at a reasonable rent?

Hi, you could try this one. It is in Dogankoy so great location for Karakum and Kyrenia. It is not mine (unfortunately!) but I have stayed there and can highly recommend it.

Hi I have a 2 bed apartment penthouse to rent, with 2 pools gym and jacuzzi.

but it is at Bahceli nr esentepe, but a very nice secluded site "Blue bay village"

£250 pcm
