So many ..:( Every agents wants 2 deposit and commission.Also they show me 300 Stg rental hauses and above :( I need 1+1 with furnished small flat or priviate little hause just it.

I don't think you will get anywhere without paying a deposit. Too many horror stories over here, but good luck.

cosworth....no offence ,but you may find some reluctance on here from people who have properties to rent.



The reason being that there have been many examples of TC's and Turkish mainlanders renting property and then stopping paying rent and effectively becoming squatters.



The TRNC police and authorities seem to support the rights of the squatters rather than the owners and this has made people very wary regarding rentals.

I understand you so you're right.I'm a TC too ,but more TC's are very dangerous.I blush from them.We're living in northern cyprus eachother.We must be respectfull . But I'm a Textile Exporter and Assistant in GAU. What's my fault ?Is My Fault I'm a good citizen from Turkey or working hardly ? No Everybody do not classification with all.



I did'nt say I don't give any deposit.Yes I can pay 1 deposit + monthly rent payment. But they want from me 2 deposit + 1 rent comission + 1 monthly rent payment. This is hard for me.

I know of plenty of British who have done runners owing rent, electric & water bills and a couple of trashed places too, its everywhere !!!!

Its not the runners thats the problem. I'm sure most members on here that have suffered this problem would be happy with someone doing a runner, its not leaving thats the issue...

yalkın estates and buyandsell estates want a commision from me. Others want 2deposit + 1 monthly rental .
