i think if they made people to pay a small fee to go on the beach they could pay someone to pickup the rubbish but i dont think some people would like that.as some people are tight as shit

i think if they did that there would be a big uproar as there are not many public beaches left for people to go without paying. I totally agree wıth you though. We went there last week and where shocked at the amount of rubbish, wich is such a shame as it really is a lovely beach. İ dont get it, how hard is it to pick up your rubbish and take it home. . . .

It is really shocking the rubbish that is left, and especially when it's a turtle hatching beach.

Volunteers do a great job but surely the Belediyesi must take more responsibility for emptying

the bins which are always overflowing. They could pay a few wardens to see that folk take their

rubbish away if it can't be binned. Stiff fines for offenders might get the message across, that it

just isn't good enough.

Until you educate the masses the problem will continue, the Turkish Papers last week had two pages of places with rubbish, as long as volunteers do anything on this island for free nothing else will get done.

No fines, no education, please. A new law will do. :-(
