disaster in shoe shop

just bought 5 pairs of shoes in foxy lady. one pair i wished to exchange but was told by a male behind the desk that no exchanges or refunds - this is not a market! all in a loud voice in front of customers. was totally gobsmacked, turned and walked out. any advise?

the assistant who served me said that i could exchange shoes as some were bought for someone else.

will i go back again when the arrogant pig of a man is not there?

I think if you type the name in the search bar you will find several threads from unhappy customers about the same shoe shop and the same very rude man.
