I am looking for a long term rental apartment or villa. I can understand people do not want dogs in apartments but surely houses with gardens are fine? If there is anyone who knows somewhere who doesnt have a NO PETS POLICY please let me know.. Thanks

you should try Mountain View Hotel and Villas in Karaoglanoglu. It's a pet friendly, family-run hotel. there are currently 2 dogs in the hotel: one's the hotel's and the other is a neighbor's while a 3rd neighbor's dog comes and goes from time to time.

the dogs are friendly with the guests and the hotel welcomes pets. There are also 4 cats at the hotel (usually in the villa areas). there's a garden between the villas and the villas are available for long term rentals as from october/novermber.

you can check the website at http://www.mountainviewcyprus.com and send an email or call. if you live nearby, you can come check the place out.

i hope this helps.

It may be because the locals tend to keep their dogs outside and they bark all the time and drive everyone crazy so landlords dont want the hassle.

Tiara,

There's a member on the forum who had a flat to rent a week ago "John1234", search for him from the forum search. He may allow your dog. He had a ground floor flat available that has a small, nice garden. He might have rented it but have a look through the search.
