Susanna,

How about an alternative payment structure?

Just £930 down until prospective buyers get their PTP.

And then payment of the balance in full upon transfer of unencumbered deeds?

Go on...be brave...show TRNC the way forward !

Hi there! yes I am here, got distracted elswhere! Yes, this is TRUE! There are payment plans to the buyer's needs. Best plan is to rent it out ( and only 12 weeks a year ) to cover your morgage payments. You pay completion payment of 25,000.00 GBP and then continue with 1,500.00 GBP per month to finish. If you are serius about buying two, puqwash, get in touch with me at susan@ctcestates.com.

A big yawn from me also.

The usual protagonists trying to kill some one else that is attempting to run a business in the TRNC.

Get a grip of your lives and be a little bit more realistic. None of you are interested in buying any property from this vendor so why try to bring them down. Jeez I despair of some people.

There is no way I could recommend anyone to buy a property in the TRNC. You only need to read a few of the horror stories on this forum to quickly realise why I say that. "Best plan is to rent it out (and only 12 weeks a year) to cover your mortgage repayments" What guarantee is there of that? How many times has this been said by developers in North Cyprus?

Well, yes, there are always risks in buying in anywhere- is it only on this island that people may choose wrong when deciding where and from whom to buy? The political situation is shifting on this island. Slowly but surely this island will be a magnet for big money in the near future, and then, a price like this for a villa will SURELY not exist, it will be 4 times the price, just like on the south side. We are still so lucky to have the north the way it is. If you have money lying on a bank account, "trying" to grow some interest, find the right place to invest and invest NOW.

just realised you want nearly 300k for these - I thought the 93k was for the property - if you sell these at 285k you deserve every penny of commission you get

Quarmby, yes they do. They have applied and received, like anyone who happens to buy from the right place.

Wireless, yes, 300K, where can you buy a brand new 5BR villa for 93K, in place where these villas are? Even on this island, you pay for what you get. Again, be cautious from whom to buy.

Hector, thanks, but if I would be on this full time, people like you would win, right??? Keep cool. Show if you can do it better.

Susanna,

You might be banging your head against a brick wall, but I hope not.

I have a 600 sq.mt. villa on 3 donums for sale in Catalkoy at not much more than you are asking.

I have the title deeds in place.

But the only viewings are from timewasters.

someone has try these brick walls- they just may break! If Sideways has the title deeds in place, why would it not be possible for others? I wonder how Quarmby is living? With her/his negative attitude, most likely renting forever.

Sideways, your villa looks absolutely wonderful. Never give up, till it is sold. Keep talking and sharing- even it may feel like banging brick walls!! Because you never know when the right person comes along!

Suzanna

buy my place for what I paid 4 years ago and make ,what was it, 4 times its value.

Great bargain I am even taking off the 170% i have supposedly made on the investment.

There is only one country on the med, and I count the Cote d'Azur in this, that I cant easily buy a 5 bed villa for less than £300,000K. and that is Algarve, though I can in the rest of Portugal.

Why should prices increase to £1.2 million in NC .when I can buy for less than £300k over the border.

What is the guarantee that you will give regarding title deed. We promise to give the money back? What if the money has been spent. If the money is held with a third party till deeds handed over ,well why not just let the purchaser pay a deposit till deeds in his hand ,same thing.

The way the law stands at the moment there is no guarantee that is practical .

AJ,

'The usual protagonists trying to kill some one else that is attempting to run a business in the TRNC'.

Didnt work with Gary Robb.

you amaze me! I am not being negative, I merely asked if the owners had their Kocans. I then said how great it must be for expats are now able to get their Kocans on Turkish title ,according to you. what is being negative about that?

Do I suspect your best form of defence is to attack?

Susanna, I own and have my deeds now for 11 years.

lStingrayno1, I know the stories behind these Co's, and I am not involved with them.

Quarmby, after all these so called attacks on this forum, one cannot read the positive meaning in a comment, rather sarcasm, thus apologies.

We are all foreigns in this country, and most of you have your title deeds like Quarmby. So be happy and encourage the people who would also like to own their own home on this side of the island to find the right people to buy from. The word of mouth and web pages like this could actually do so much good. But unfort. competition between agencies and agents brings it down.

5 years from now everything will be different, and the people who have bought and invested in the right way, are going to be RICH.

Thank you all for giving your attention to my ad. I appreaciate all comments- challenging!

But like AlsancakJack wrote, none of you are considering to buy, so I must put my energy there where I can make something towards my living. Signing off.

I think that if Susanna is offering title deeds at the time that any money is paid, as it is in the UK, then this is an offer of the century in the TRNC for expats. Most other companies want you to pay the money and then wait. At last a company has found a way to get through all the bureaucratic red tape. Let's hope more will follow. I still wondering how they manage to do it, though.

malsancak has understood it! I am telling you, this is your opportunity of your lifetime. You put 100K down, wait till property price goes up and sell it. Heavensgate will sell 400K, not long time ahead. And how this is possible? Let us say, the developer happens to be a wealthy man, who gives others a chance grow in finances. Think about it.

Susanna/Msg 34: ' Let us say, the developer happens to be a wealthy man, who gives others a chance grow in finances. Think about it.'

Would your 'developer', using his 'influence', be prepared to organise PTP and subsequent issue of Kochan for my pre '74 Turkish Title deed property - let's say for a reasonable 'cash consideration' to cover 'expenses'?

Being such a generous philanthropist, as you have intimated, he should jump at such an opportunity to help not just me, but all pre '74 buyers who have been caught and utterly cheated in this shameful and fraudulent government sanctioned scam!
