With all due respect this is what the owners are asking for the rental of their properties and also you have not seen these properties so how can you comment on whether they are worth the money they are asking or not



You can rent a 3 bedroom villa here from £300 per month to £1,000 per month - not all villas are going to be £450 per month.



Lots of things need to be taken into consideration i.e. location, size, specification etc.

It is the decision of the individual owners whether they will rent to locals and mainlanders so it will vary property to property.
