Hi folks we are coming out again on the10th october for 10 days and weintend to look at some properties for sale.We are looking for a property with a minimum of 3 bedrooms,swimming pool,aircon c.heating or plumbed for heating,a gatden that is dogproof or can be made dogproof.Wewould like a seaview property and the preferred areas are Ozankoy,Dogankoy,Catalkoy and Lapta.We have a maximum budget of £160000 also we would prefer a resale property with the title deeds [kocan?] in the vendors name,so if anyone on here has anything like that please post.Bigbadbob.

Our house is 160 m² and fully furnished in European style.

It consists of:

-Large sitting area with a TV and hi-fi system, open plan dining room.

-Three bedrooms- one currently used as storage room (all rooms with fitted wardrobes).

-Large kitchen with “Franke” fittings- two refrigerators, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher with a waste disposal unit.

-En-suite shower room.

-Large bathroom with a shower.

-Downstairs “loo”

We have got:

-Pressurised domestic water system, that is why we do not have problems with the water pressure and the quantity of water as some houses here have.

-Glazed porch way to front door that keeps dust and heat away in summer. Inside the house it is cool in hot weather.

-A landscape garden with fruit trees, flowers and bushes, if you like herbal drinks you will enjoy tea with fresh herbs from our garden;

-An overflow 8*4 m swimming pool.

-A shadow place at the back of the house where you can relax in a hot day.

Be very careful and take your time. 160000k will buy you a hell of a lot out here, it is a buyers market and most properties on the market have been lingering on agents lists for over a year... So bargain hard & dont be afraid to make offers and i'm sure you will pick yourself a great deal...
