If they have offered you alternative flights as per your posting surely you don't have a problem.

It seems Turkish Airlines are now going to be taking over the routes. Who have they offered you for your return leg.

AtlaJet has refrained from opening flights bookings any time after some point in mid october, and my travel agent (who I was attempting to rebook my unused CTA tickets with) also told me they were very likely to shut down flights within the month according to someone at AtlasJet so I believe it.

Hi Sylv

This news is so upsetting-we are due to fly out with them soon on tickets that replaced original ones booked with CTA. Can you tell me who your agent is we've not heard anything from ours YET....Thanks

We booked a ticket at the Atlas jet office in Girne yesterday- 20 Sept Ercan to Stansted and 26 Sept return, so presume they are flying..............

If not that will be the 7th ticket we have lost this year.

My mate is flying out on the 26th and he has only just booked his ticket, mind you he is flying from Stansted, I expect that makes a difference.

My wife has an Atlasjet ticket, booked direct with them, one way only, from Manchester to Ercan on 9th October. It was booked only last week so I presume they are still flying then!!

Sue - Msg 13

Most sorry but at present the travel trade and also the tourist office have no clear understanding. There are a lot of rumours about AtlasJet but nothing is even close to be being able to be confirmed.

At present IAH is only selling things we can rely on i.e. Pegasus, Turkish to Ercan some flights to Larnaca and of course our own products to be found at http://www.iah-holidays.co.uk & http://www.flightholiday.co.uk

I read on the news on Google that they are starting a service from some Russian state to Istanbul and perhaps they need the aircraft that normally fly the Manchester route to start there Russian adventure. You can only stretch your fleet so far, think they only have about 25 aircraft, and if you look at their service schedule that is really stretching it a bit.Perhaps Manchester not to profitable at the moment....

Coachie

i think its all about cash and politics and us passengers are the victims they have treated us like

dirt giving all that money for seats then loosing it the stress of finding another flight

it is sheer stress

i think they know what they are doing but keeping quite they dont care

Dave ...just been reading up their profile on the net..Nice fleet of aircraft, but their safety record dubious. They still cover a lot of places with such a small fleet, maybe some ones sums are a bit wrong. They are still accepting flights after the 9th October from Manchester...

silcuty21..Normal for the turks....
