Having agreed the sale of my villa, I (retired) and the dog (daft but loyal 10 yr old ESS) need at least 6 months furnished accommodation from early November and almost certainly longer. Ideally I would like:

at least one bedroom but no more than 2 to keep the costs down

cottage, villa or ruin style i.e. not an apartment or "box" on an estate

low maintenance garden

pool - if I only stay for 6 months not necessary but to save yet another move a pool would be needed

West of Girne - I currently live in Lapta

Up in the mountains i.e. not on the coast - not a show stopper

aircon - not necessary for 6 month let

central heating

internet connection or I would like to put one in

off street parking

References/deposit no problem

There's some time to run but I'd like to know what are my likely options.

If you'd like a chat by all means call me on 0533 821 5668

I also had an Abbey for 16 yrs - he used to beat the dog up!! So the dog was quite pleased when the cat passed away!!!!!

Thanks very much for your offers/info. Unfortunately my potential buyer has pulled out so I am back on the market.

Hopefully I will be looking soon for a new home
