Hi,



I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom villa with garden for long term rental from January 2011.

Must be furnished and in either Catalkoy or Bellapais.



Max price is £600 a month.



Hope someone can help us out

We have a 4 bedroom villa in a bungalow style with a roof terrace that has great views of Bellapais abbey, mountains and sea.

It is set within a very large garden which has a 10 x 5 overflow swimming pool with a roman end. The garden is full of mature fruit trees and shrubs, including many beautiful olive trees which are over 100 years old.

It is available from November and viewings can be arranged easily.

The villa is in Ozankoy village, which is very popular.
