220 million is a lot of money to invest, without having first hand information as to what is happening in the future.Build it and they will come,

The continuing massive investment in the TRNC is very encouraging for the future.

Investors must know something not known to the masses and the ex pats.

An eventful 6 months awaits us all.

Zero.

You have demonstrated a perfect grasp of the English language, so I have no doubt you will have a similar mastery of Turkish.

Jolly well done sir!!

$200m+ invested to built Cratos.1000 brought over from Turkey to work there to support their families.

Funtastic for TRNC economy,isnt it?

Sure we need few more investments like that!

It would be interesting to know the occupancy rates of all these mega hotels over the last coupla years!

However, if their casino trade is booming, I doubt they 'give a monkey's'!

It would be better if they incorporated plush 'nightclubs' into these casino hotels, though, instead of the filthy hovels now used - then the punters would get 'more bang for their buck'!

It seems that more government condoned licentiousness is the way forward for TRNC to be 'recognised'!

The question is: for what?

Answer: certainly not for the increasing sobriety of Islamic values, as Mr. Erdogan and his cohorts would wish! More a reflection of the double standards practised by Turkey's little pseudo-state being openly condoned by the Turkish government - hardly a very salubrious reputation by association!

hi paul.

i dont know if you have been to this part of the island.

theres a lot of open land around the area where aphrodites built and right on the coast so it would be a nice spot for a wonderland.

regards gazza.
