Then you are obviously not legal and it then follows that people do not have work permits allowing them to work for your non-existant company.

Mr wilde your comments are in part tru all the people that i recommend do have permits or i would not have advertised them on here and opened my self up to the scrutineers who glide thru life totally legal and have never once used someone who isn't. i myself am in the process of setting up my own company and thats why there is no name at the moment and as far as i can remember there are no laws even in the trnc about recomending people for work .

So, you don't have a company and you don't have a work permit. You are therefore not permitted to trade in any way. Work permits are granted for work with one company and one company only so none of these people can be working for you even if you were legal which you are not.

You might think that you have found a way of sneaking round the laws but you haven't.

Those companies which are properly registered and pay their taxes and those of their employees are quite right to be aggreived by your activities. You illegally avoid substantial costs which they have to pay and are therefor they compete against you at a sustantial disadvantage.

Also of course, you and your "workers" are liable to be caught at any time, heavily fined and deported. It follows then that any guarantee you might purport to offer is quite worthless as you are more that likely to be "here today and gone tomorrow"

You seem to have run out of sensible responses so I take it you concede the points I have made?

I would imagine that your potential customers on here, including me, are not likely to he too impressed with your resorting to abuse when the error of your ways is pointed out to you. No wonder Kirk got cross with you.

I have to go out now but look forward to continuing this discussion later. In the meantime please try to stay calm.

By the way. When you are talking to potential customers in future please remember to point out to them that "any guarantee you might purport to offer is quite worthless as you are more that likely to be "here today and gone tomorrow"

Is this the normal type of thing that goes on on this forum, someone offers to do work then is rude to prospective customers, and are there problems with people (ex-pats) working in the North Cyprus, if this is true how can one be guided as to proper procedures

sorry mary this fellow was on a mission to prove a point and had no intention of empolying anyone .. everytime someone offers a service the expat posse who think they know best interfere ,they smother people and bully them for there own sick satisfaction and breath fowl breath about illegal workers and how they are ruining the country . everyone of the so called legal firms employ peole without work permits to keep the costs low and i have plenty of evidence to prove this. if its names they want i will certainly provide them but i believe that people should be allowed to live without being hounded and be able to speak or post freely . the answers simple if you dont agree with the post dont open it and get involved.

You said:

"but i believe that people should be allowed to live without being hounded and be able to speak or post freely"

so I presume that right extend to me.

Surely you subscribe to the view that if you choose to live in a country you should be prepared to abide by their laws.

On another thread

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/47330.asp

you said

"are you a registered plumber then or are you another desperado as the materials for the advertised job come to70tl which dosnt leave much room for profit"

Me thinks there is a case of double standards here. Were you hounding them? Did you not like the competition because they were not registered?

You may agree with racoonchic but that doesn't make him right. The question still remains "Is his business legal." If not he is depriving other businesses which are legal of their chance as you put it. Or do you think it is OK for people to take from the community without contributing and so deprive those who are contributing but undermined by the illegals?.

You are not in business? I could have sworn your first post was

"lots of other areas covered as well and i wont waste your time with maybes so please call for a free quotation with all work guaranteed . you will be surprised what you can save and all the workers supplied speak English so no communication barrier and if there's something you aren't sure or happy about the mobile hours are 24/7 and a guaranteed call out the next day to discuss your queries. call 05338384636 for a no obligation estimate."

Racoon, you must be a complete cretin to advertise your brokering services on here and to include what I presume is your personal telephone number... no wonder you want the post closed! Hwilde is absolutely correct that any guarantee would be invalid when your status is precarious at best.

racoonchc.

Good luck to you mate hope things work out for you and your company that you start. And why not advertise to try and get some work. Companies here are not easy and cheap to set up and if someone is trying to earn a living by telling you they are setting a company for a free quotation, why does some expat pr..k have to come on here and start being negative. Someone was obviously bullied at school. Hwilde you twat. And whoever else jumps on the band wagon.

The rule is you set up a company and then advertise for business, otherwise you are operating illegally and could be deported. You are obviously oblivious to the fact the immigration services read this board - people like you are easy pickings, they have all the information they need already, including a photo.
