Hello,

Looking for a reasonable size bar for rent.

Should have a bar stand, stools, tables, chairs, open terrace arrangements, etc.

Room for kitchen and all other necessary items.

Must have good history, taxes paid, licenses to be valid, etc.

Location - Catalkoy to Lapta on main road.

Just drive down the main road you will see loads that have closed down and for rent.

Just an example: Bar 18 in Alsancak, Cousins Restaurant Alsancak, Grumpy Grouse Alsancak, Zeki's Bar Lapta, and a few in Karaoglanoglu on the right hand side as you drive through.

Fishman i believe tarry67 is referring to BAR 15's in Alsancak which did close a few months back and not BAR 8.8 also in Alsancak, which is not for rent nor closed. Just to avoid any confusion. Thank you
