The location of this villa is excellent , just 5 mins from the golf course and 10mins from Kyrenia.

it overlooks the beaches 250m away and has great walking all round to the lovely horse shoe beach.

there are 4 very good restaurants/bars all within approx 400m walk.

a covered garage area and large driveway and parking areas.

this is a very special villa , and a very special price. i am being fussy , only want some one nice, its my mates villa. but its 1 off no others compare for location and price..
