| just tried to book a flight on line took all the details pressed "buy now" comes up done at bottom of page but i have received no confirmation email nothing ! can anyone explain this, is it booked ? |

| If you noted your Booking Reference Number you can login to their site and on the home page at the bottom it says RETRIEVE PNR, enter your details here and it will display your booking details. Failing this you will need to contact their customer services - http://www.flypgs.com/en/ |

| I booked a Pegasus ticket today for Mr s to come back in August, but did get a confirmation email. The way to check whether it is booked or not is to go to 'My profile' in the top right hand corner of the screen. It then asks you to log in. Go back to 'My profile' and click and choose 'My travel details. You may have to put some new dates in the two boxes. I put in 2.11.10 and 2.11.11. You will then see all flights that you have booked. |

| That happened to me so I popped into the Office by HSBC and they sorted it all out. Never had any complaints about Pegasus when I have used them. |
