I find it disgusting having it today , any other day but today is a time to remember those that gave their life so we can be free.

Two minutes silence and time to reflect on those that gave thier lives is observed at 11.00hrs on 11th November or/and the following Sunday. I think to have a vigil to exercise that freedom between 4pm and 6pm is quiet in order.

doddies I do also. Time has come to bring this to the attention of those who will listen.I think one of the K5 homeowners probably served in the war.I always observe my two minutes to reflect for all our service girls and boys especially today as more have been killed in afghanistan. This is peaceful LJ so what day would you have deemed appropriate. They have to deal with a lot in authority to even get permission to stage this. Maybe today was what was offered. Here the locals would not know what today means to us. They have their own days to remember.
