Hello, does anyone have any info good/bad/indifferent on the Laptis builders estate in Esentepe. I know where it is but cant find any mentions anywhere on the forum and we are looking at buying a villa there. Any help much apreciated!

Presume that you are meaning the Lapis builders not Laptis?



Are you looking at the Beachside [seaside] development or the villas on the way to Karaagac?

the roof terraces leak like sives and as vaughn says check the pool for leaks . do you know the number of the villa and i may be able to find more out as i have a few friends on there. whos the agent as thats important.

Hi, no at this stage dont know the villa number, just that its someone thats returned to UK. Im interesetd to know that there were no problems with deeds etc (no remortgaging of land and so forth)

dont touch it unless you have deep deep pockets every terrace leaks every roof leaks in all there develpments and they wash there hands soon as money paid in full the appartments are a discusting build and the only reason you do not get owners on here as they wont be able to sell theres their is lots of stuctural damage to some units leaking baths and loads more if you are mad or want a big problem place go for it
