I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroomed apartment...fully furnished and equiped.....in Kyrenia town....to rent for about 4 weeks in May 2011....at a reasonable rent.

As a normal guide line holiday lets cost around the same weekly as a monthly long term charge.

A 4 week let is indeed a holiday let. Long term is 6 months or longer.

The reason is due to cleaning before/after/laundry/agency costs/ electric and water to nane a few.

Therefore if you are looking at a 1 bed long term of say £200 monthly be prepared to pay the same for weekly.

we have got a nice 2 bedroom apartment in lapta, 15 minuts drive to center. ff, all A/C with 2 swimming pools. 200 pounds a week. klandavk@gmail.com
