Hoping to get residency sorted in Lefkosha this week and would like to apply for a Cyprus driving licence. Does anyone know the procedure and if it is possible to get a 10 year licence? What are the costs

As soon as you have your residency stamp you go to the Driving Licence office, with 2 photos, your UK licence, your passport (plus photo copies) and just complete the form. It takes a couple of weeks to come through. I think that the maximum is 5 years currently, but could be wrong. If you search Driving licence fees on here the prices are listed in a previous post.
