Wanted - Villa to Rent in Lefkosa

We are looking for a detached villa to rent (long term) in Lefkosa area.



I have tried a few estate agent websites but there doesn't seem to be anything in Lefkosa. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried 2 years ago and was surprised to find that prices are much higher than on the coast. The cheapest I could find a furnished flat was £550 per month for a 2 bed. There were very few available; the average price for a 3 bed was £650 and generally they required a 3 month deposit.

You can have a 3 bedroom flat just outside Lefkosa - Gonyeli to be precise if it is still available.

I know it's slightly more expensive than Alsancak, Lapta etc. but I need to be here for work reasons.

I'm extending the search because there isn't much at all in Lefkosa.



I am now looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool to rent. It must be located near the main Kyrenia/Lefkosa road and so suitable areas include Dogankoy, Ozankoy, Zeytinlik, Karakum and anywhere between Kyrenia and Lefkosa.



Budget is £450 a month.

The house opposite us is for rent. £450 per month. 3 bedrooms. 3 years old. large garden. ensuit. bath and shower. built in wardrobes in bedrooms. big kitchen. nice area. 20 houses in development. in dumlupinar lefkosa. email me if interested and will get landlord number for you.
