Long term villa/apt rental

Hi,

We are looking to move and obtain permenent residency in the TRNC around the 19.1.11 my wife and I have two small children (2 & 4) and are seeking three bedroomed accomodation reasonably priced for a long term let, we would also be grateful if someone could advise the best location to be based initially (hotel/apt) until we can find suitable accomodation.

Could you also please advise if it is possible to rent a car on a casual basis and your recomendations would be appreciated.
