I do Owners Direct holiday rentals and holiday lettings Cost is about 250 each as I recall

Hi Dreamer, We advertise with Owners Direct and pay around £140 per year. For the last 3 years we have used this site and have been fully booked from April - October.



I would advise you to look at the other listing on this website in your area to see the information other owners have posted. Try to use good quality photo's of your house and surrounding area's and info on the facility's you provide, welcome pack, mid week clean etc as well as info on the surrounding area. You will also need to hire a management company to look after the villa for you in case the clients have any problems with electricity, water, pool etc.



Make sure you have a booking form to send to future clients together with terms and conditions ( to cover you for damages, accidents etc). Always ask for a deposit which is not refundable if they cancel. If you need any further information then please do not hesitate to ask.
