Can you all search your cupboards please, I need to find a scrabble game. I do have a Rummykubs which I never learned to play, willing to either swop that or buy the Scrabble from you.



Wonder if they sell them in the South or if they would be in Greek?



Anyone know?

Pop along to the Watermill Hotel, Girne every Saturday afternoon between 2 - 4pm for the Chess & Scrabble Club, all boards, books, clocks etc. provided, free of charge to join and play.

You might find a second hand one in a charity shop - the KAR shop had one a few days ago but might be sold now. You could try there anyway.

This was Howard's mum's game, and we brought it here thinking that we could teach ourselves to play it, we do remember that his mum loved it.



Anyway, we must be a bit sad cos we could not learn it properly. I think you have to be taught by someone who is a good player so that the information stays in your head.
