I've sold my villa and looking to rent for minimum of 6 months from mid March and almost certainly longer. There's only me (65 yr old male) so 1 or 2 bedrooms would be ideal to keep the price down.

Must have: a private pool - I've been maintaining my own

Allow a 10 yr old English Springer Spaniel - no trouble, daft as a brush!

Prefer: Unfurnished but could sell mine. Only need white goods

West of Girne but anywhere considered

Have an eye on a villa in Karsiyaka but just in case that perfect place has come onto the market I'll have a last trawl before commiting myself

A friend of mine has a wonderful traditional cottage in Alsancak, but alas no pool. You would also need a car ,as it's over the ravine, unless you don't mind a good walk.
