Don't have pictures available now will get them and send tomorrow evening. Deposit is 2months rent i.e £560, also rent one moth in advance, which are normal terms. I did read your earlier message, but the reason for the terms being as they are is that if tenant fails to pay one month then stays on till the end of that month the landlord has little left to cover breakages or damage.
