Just recieved email ad from Airflights showing flights into Paphos for £89 return.

Checked the following week from 13th Feb for two weeks and coming up at £97 return

All flights look like they are out of Gatwick

Now if only they did Manchester............

Hi Mike ; nice to hear from you

Will keep an eye out for Easter dates ... but you know airlines and school holidays never go together... just another excuse to put prices up and blame demand? Best way is to try and work outside the actual Easter weekend if possible.

Just checked Monarch website using calendar dates for you... cheapest way I could work it was :

Two Adults

Three Children

Total Fare : £769

Then add for baggage depending what they are carrying I would add maybe another £100 or so and you get:

Total Fare: £869.............. cheapest I could find... leaving April 27th for two weeks: Manchester/Larnaca

Mike ... also checked Airflights but they, or the airline, have some crazy rule and I quote...

"the number of children cannot exceed the number of adults accompanying them"

If this isn't aimed against families I don't know what is... the atomic family rules I suppose?

I think the opposite may apply Joseph. Is it not because they are giving you a discount for the children, not all airlines do! I am sure you would still be able to take three children with two adults if you book three adults and two children.

I have found it is often cheaper to book two single flights rather than a return, especiall if flying to Larnaca. That way you get the cheapest flights each way if you pick the days.

Lilli... we are very well thank you; just had our first grandchild and already booked for my son and his new family to accompany us to trnc in September

We will be out before that and hopefully can get down to your end for a chat over coffee or perhaps lunch.

Take care, regards to Guido.... Joseph
