I am looking for a 3+ bedroom villa + pool



Location required: between Catalkoy and Edremit



On the wish list would be:

- 3+ good sized double bedrooms with plenty wardrobe space

- Well equipped dining Kitchen

- Spacious lounge with fireplace

- 1 bathroom

- 1 en-suite (minimum)

- Air con units in all rooms

- Central heating throughout

- Garden

- Pool and adequate area for lounging around pool area

- Offstreet parking

One of my friend has a villa in Catalkoy, with all the requirements you has written except central heating. He is currently away but Sunbeams is looking after this property. You can contact them if you like.
