I have been on the Pegasus website and tried to book with a wheelchair. It says you need to click a button SSR add/change at time of booking to ensure wheelchair assistance. I can't see such button. I have tried to call call centre but it won't accept from a mobile. Has anyone else had any luck at doing this please?

Hi,

I had this problem last year when I was booking my wheelchair bound daughter in law. I ended up asking Ankara travel to do it for me. Once booked the service was really good from Pegasus and they took good care of us.

George Msg 1 - Have you already booked? If not we can help you. Email info@flightholiday.co.uk and give me your mobile number which I will call.

If you have then you should advise them soemhow about wheelcahir carriage and any "assist" requirements.
