I am looking for a detached villa to buy for my son around Famagusta town, perhaps up to 25 km. away i.e. Iskele Bogaz area at most. No swimming pool. The title deeds must be available for immediate transfer or at least in sight!!! Please let me know if anybody has anything for sale not exceeding 120k.
