Sorry but I think if someone offers to tune the channels in for free, a regular requirement of late, then people are more likely to use them in the future if there is a problem that needs sorting out at a reasonable price. Most people will remember a good turn done and will pass on details of the company involved to family and friends, as they say one good turn deserves another.

So, Receiver = £40, Dish = £10, LNB £6, Coax cable = £8, Pins = £1, Scart Socket = £2, Fuel to travel to and from job = £3, Labour to install job = £15, KDV out of £100 = £15



Total = £100



Then there's the new receiver for the old - if it breaks, the customer support and guarantee.



Something doesn't add up ?

Your service will work ... and then it won't ...and it has lost MANY channels... it will lose more - it relies on third party data broadcasts to decrypt - that you can't control ..



You didn't answer the question about refunds.. I suppose you were happy for Dopi to bring clients and posted on here that your 'service' was pirated and the inherent risks re loss of service? .. I must have missed that ....

Your 'service'.. You pay one subscription and pocket the subs from clients MANY times over - THAT is theft.. stealing..



Receiving channels from Abu Dhabi TV or Orbit Showtime isn't piracy - if your subs are going to THEM.. it *is* a form of Grey-market piracy - as it isn't officially licensed for supply to Cyprus...

we are not EU.we r live in NORTH CYPRUS.we have different project and it is completly legal.we start it approximetlt in 6 month time period. and we give only all local channel of UK.and we change box of all our customer very cheap price approximetly 50-100 usd.Just wait and see.I know you dont like pirate.We give all our customer 3 choice in 6 months time FTA receiver from Nilesat which is 100 pound 1 year warranty already we sell,our pirate system if they want or 100 channel which is found on 28.2 astra local channel and some other sat different chhanel.(bbc.itv, etc..) which that channel are FTA on astra.Everybody in here selling dreambox.why you can not talk about dreambox write only about my system i can not understand

So much for legit SKY clients being 'Pirates' .. Pirate infers theft of copyright .. they are paying ..

I am against all theft of copyright - be it software, or pirated TV.. I make no exceptions ! If I want a legit service I PAY for it.. it ensures reliable service..

Thanks for your words of encouragement, I bit the bullet, made a cup of coffee and armed with the remote control sat down determined to sort it once and for all. After a lot of button pressing, cursing and such I did finally find the elusive channels, not too sure how but at least I found the little beggars at last, I just hope they don't move them again next week !

Hattikins, the channels were only moved temporarily whilst some sort of maintenance was being done. The initial on-screen message informed everyone. So, the cahnnels were moved to a temporary location then, back again.



Glad that you've sorted it out though - saved a trip to Lefkosa !
