Hello all,



we are happy to consider realistic offers on our 150m2 villa on savyon village. The villa can be viewde on its own website at http://www.luxurynorthcyprusvilla.com



The title deeds are ready for collection from Kensington developments



The villa has central heating , £8,000 worth of additional landscaping and £6000 of high end furniture.

Great selling aid LivingNC could be a cost effective alternative to using an estate agent. What is a ball park fiqure for this service, not that I am thinking of selling at present.



But I am sure it would be of interest to some sellers.

Just a question...and I am trying to be helpful....

If the title deeds are ready for collection from Kensington Developers, why have they not already been collected and then you could advertise the property WITH title deeds, which would be a bigger selling point.

the title deeds are ready for collection but after 4 years sadly our PTP is still not. All the deeds for savyon villas are ready for transfer it depends when you are lucky enough to get PTP. We purchased the same month as our English neighbours and they got there PTP and deeds 18 months ago.



Forgot to add that the 5% VAT has been paid on the villa and its just the purchasers tax left to pay.
