Sorry, don't know how to do photos on here but please feel free to take a look.

The property is situated 50 metres from the new lights installed on the " end of the New Girne bypass at the Alsancak end. (Past the Erinor petrol station.)

It is the first WHITE bungalow on the right hand side of the road heading towards Lapta.

Behind it is a white villa with three arches on the upper floor.

On the end of the bungalow is an aviary with budgies etc.

There is a water tank on its roof.

The villa behind the bungalow has NO water tank on the roof but it has a chimney and solar pannels on it.

Hope this helps.

It's not big but I lived in it for three years whilst the villa was being built and at only 300 TL per month it's good value .

My pool is also available for use as is my washing machine. (to the right person !)
