Howay all ye lads and lasses out there who are supporting our cause and any other peoples who were not aware of this event, give us one last push to make this event one that will be remembered for years to come. Signs are that we are going to surpass all our expectations but we need to push on. I have permission to post it here.

For those who need a little guidance, the following is a rough guide as to how long it would take you if you were walking the full 10km:-

If you walk at 20 km per hour, it will take you 30 minutes.

If you walk at 10 km per hour, it would take you 1 hour.

If you walk at 5 km per hour, it would take you 2 hours.

If you walk at 2.5 km per hour, it will take you 4 hours.



Half it if you can trot at a reasonable pace, but obviously these are guides only, based upon the Great Knights mathematical genius.

If you think you can do it please support the TULIPS cause.

You can register for only 5km if you want. Every little bit helps so if you can leg it you’ll be back at Alkans in 15 mins!!

If you want a gentle training run we start at 9.30 Sunday from Catalkoy Lemar, although next Sunday we are doing THE ROUTE......
