Property Rentals - Can I Make a Suggestion Please?

There seems to be an ever increasing number of threads regarding property for rent. Would it be possible for a separate section to be created for this that works in the same way as the 'for sale' section? It would then make it much easier for people looking for/offering rentals rather than wading through all the general stuff and it would also (from a selfish point of view) save those of us not interested in rentals from seeing all this stuff cluttering up the main page. I don't know why, but for some reason I really find it annoying.

i noticed the same so i have decided to build my own for everyone to place their rentals on

still under construction but ready in about 2 weeks.
