Seriously if you have received your PTP and the vendor is willing to transfer title and all taxes have been payed then transfer can then take place at the land registry who will issue you with a receipt to show that transfers taken place but you will not receive your Kocan (Deeds) until they have been written out at the land registry which at the moment can take months if not longer.
